Been shopping around for a wood burning insert to go into a masonry FP in a basement rancher wanting to heat around 3500 sqft top and bottom. Cold air return in the basement will more than likely circulate what a blower on the unit does not.
any recommendations, I'm wanting to steer away from catalytic and have been looking at a LOPI and a BUCK but recently saw an Appalchian model as well as a Napolean.
I'm wide open for things to watch out for before I make a big purchase.
